Our Perth office is located in East Perth. A natural decision given we were responsible for designing portions of this recently redeveloped part of the city.

East Perth epitomises the shifting fortunes of spatial economies. Chinese market gardens, ‘early suburban residences’, rail depots, gas works, power stations, aboriginal campsites, cemeteries, racecourses ….all have come and gone, together with a rich cultural and economic history. The latest incarnation of East Perth has seen the creation of a new waterway and a hugely successful fine grained mixed use inner city neighbourhood, regarded as amongst the most desirable in Australia.
