In collaboration with international gurus Peter Calthorpe and Associates, Roberts Day laid the foundations for ‘next practice’ with a transit-oriented development at the scale of a city. Inspired by the overall vision, all levels of government are now working together on the economic drivers of health, education and large-scale private sector employment.

Undaunted by the scale of the project, Roberts Day has been working tirelessly with local builders, suppliers and expert architects to develop building types and an architectural style to make Capricorn Village resonate architecturally.
