Capricorn Coastal Village encompasses 260ha of premium coastal land adjacent to Yanchep, located 50km north of Perth. The site has capacity to yield approximately 3,500 dwellings and 2,200 jobs.

A centrally located mixed-use neighbourhood centre designed around a couplet system will service the local community. The couplet will manage traffic to prioritise pedestrian movement and street level activity. A second coastal centre will specialise in the delivery of recreation and leisure experiences.

The design of the Village embraces ‘landscape-driven place-making’ with a tapestry of neighbourhood precincts defined by the existing landscape and cultural character of the site being a hallmark of the design.
