This unique 100ha waterfront community is located within walking distance of the centre of Mandurah; a fast growing coastal city approximately 70km south of Perth. Mariners Cove has 850 dwellings featuring a choice of housing product including waterfront canal housing, traditional parkland lots and cottage laneway lots.

The Cedar Woods development has spectacular lifestyle appeal offering residents a marina, private jetties, a waterfront commercial centre and community hub at their doorstep.

The design incorporates the retention of a 93ha wildlife reserve that protects the Creery Wetlands (an internationally recognised habitat for migratory birds) and local parks which protect significant Aboriginal heritage sites and vegetation. The parkland reservations are carefully integrated into the project design to be major recreational assets for the community.

The project is designed to maximise the expansive views of the canals, reserve and Mandurah Estuary beyond.

The project’s success in striking a balance between delivering sustainability objectives and a quality waterfront community is widely recognised, including two UDIA National and two UDIA State Awards for Environmental Excellence and Best Residential Development.
