Covering more that 800ha within Hume (one of Melbourne’s fastest growing corridors) Merrifield is located 30km from central Melbourne and is bordered by the Hume Highway / Freeway and Mickleham Road.
Merrifield is well located within a strategic corridor of state and national significance for transport, manufacturing, freight and logistics activities, and is within close proximity to Melbourne airport.
With more than 400ha of Merrifield land rezoned for a new business and employment district, Roberts Day, in association with Studio LFA, was engaged to provide strategic vision and structure planning input for proposed integration of a residential community with Merrifield’s employment base.
