Working with the Gold Coast City Council, the master plan for Paradise Point proposes a mixed use waterfront village. 

Paradise Point will be a benchmark project of national and international significance based on the principles of Traditional Neighbourhood Design.

The master plan design was driven by US-based urban design consultant Studio LFA and includes the use of an urban pattern book to guide development, focused on community living, neighbourhood interaction and pedestrian orientated streets and parks.
