Ellenbrook spans an area of some 1,200 hectares. 

Located within the Swan Valley, approximately 20km northeast of the Perth CBD, Ellenbrook is the most awarded urban development project and one of the most rapidly expanding new communities in Australia.

Ellenbrook will create 10,500 home sites for 30,000 residents. 

Residents have the choice of living in either one of seven walkable villages or the Town Centre.  All of Ellenbrook’s villages incorporate tried and tested town-making principles, including permeable street networks and linear parkways that allow for a highly walkable environment and centrally located facilities that bring a sense of permanency and identity lacking in conventional suburban areas.
