Working with the Gold Coast City Council, the master plan for Paradise Point proposes a mixed use waterfront village. 

Paradise Point will be a benchmark project of national and international significance based on the principles of Traditional Neighbourhood Design.

The master plan includes the use of an urban pattern book to guide development, focused on community living, neighbourhood interaction and pedestrian orientated streets and parks.
