Vasse Newtown, is located on the gateway to Western Australia's renowned Margaret River wine region, and will become home to 5,000 people, and well over 1,000 jobs.

Vasse embodies a structure of connected neighbourhoods centred on a strong and emerging town centre. The design is grounded in time-tested urban design practices to create fine grained, compact connected communities.

What makes Vasse truly unique is that it responds to diverse conservation issues, ranging from wetland and vegetation enhancement and retention, to heritage and cultural protection.

The settlement will ultimately accommodate a District Hospital and associated health facilities, commercial village centre and tourist waterfront, a multi-arts hub, a retirement village, three government schools, a private education site and a light industry estate.

Vasse has proven to one of the most successful projects in South West WA, every one of the stages in the first village (totalling over 500 lots) being virtually sold out in less than four hours each.
